South-IndiaTravel.com has developed an exclusive relationship with most of the hotels/hotels chains in India. Because of the volume generated by us , we are able to get special discounts from these Indian Hotels , which we further pass on, to our customers. We provide the rates, which you will not get directly from these hotels. South-IndiaTravel.com provides online booking of all these hotels on “Booking Request basis ?”
As soon as a request comes from our customer care department, from our list of special negotiated prices list, and based on the reservation availability, we send you an email quoting the discounted price. Reservations can be cancelled if our customers are not satisfied with the reservation that we acquire. This process takes maximum 24 business hours.

What is the bookings procedure ?

Once we give you the rates and you are satisfied with all your queries. We shall be needing your arrival/departure details, duration of stay, credit card number and number of rooms to proceed with the reservation. On receipt of the same details we shall book the room in your name and send you the confirmation. Your credit card details will be safely secured in our 100 % Secured Payment Gateway . Your Credit card will not be charged before confirmation is done.  We shall now e-mail you the invoice and request you furnish your credit card details to secure your reservation through our online payment gateway. You can always modify or cancel your reservations. You can modify your booking as many times you like providing flexibility in your travel plans.

How I can check status of my booking ?

We will confirm your status in advance through email and give you your our confirmation number which should be used for future reference. We will reply you within 24 hours.

Why should I pay before I arrive ?

South-IndiaTravel.com provides only prepaid hotel booking. After you have secured your reservation through your credit card, South-IndiaTravel.com shall pay the same to the hotel on your behalf to guarantee your booking with the hotel. This is also done to lower the cost of your stay by getting better discounts from Indian hotels/chains. We shall be giving you our pre-paid hotel confirmation voucher that has to be presented to the hotel at the time of check in.  The voucher shall be delivered to you through our representative offices in any city of India OR

Do  I have to pay to the hotel for my stay ?

All reservations done are all pre-paid, You don't have to pay anything to the hotel for the stay or Breakfast (only if included with room). Any thing additional to it will be paid by you directly to the hotel.

What in case of modification of my booking dates ?

You can modify your booking as many times you like providing flexibility in your travel plans. Balance of amount will paid back to your bank or charged (only if required). Modification can be confirmed by writing to us at info@South-IndiaTravel.com .

What in case of cancellation of Booking ?

Cancellation of booking can done according to the booking conditions of the particular property. In case of cancellation of booking money will be paid back to your bank within 7 business days. We will charge 1 day accommodation as the cancellation charges.

Is there any hidden cost ?

The Amount which is billed, is calculated according to the room rates, breakfast (if included with room), number of adults, children, rooms required, credit card and other taxes involved. There is no other hidden cost involved with this rates. The amount billed at the end is the final amount to be paid.
